Brenda Angell, Administrative Assistant
Brenda Angell is an Administrative Assistant who has been with JWB since 1990. She is responsible for all necessary and required duties that pertain to supporting the Children's Policy Department such as; maintenance of files, document storage, proof-reading correspondence and producing presentation materials.
Brenda has served on several employee committees such as; the Employee Personnel Committee, Holiday Committee for several years, Activities Committee, Diversity Committee, and compiled the Employee cookbook which was used as a fundraiser for the Holiday end-of-the year party.
Brenda graduated from the Mildred Elley Secretarial College in Albany, New York with a Secretarial Degree; has received the Certificate of Distinction from the Pinellas County School Board; and attended the Pinellas County Citizen University, which she strongly endorses. She is also a Certified Nurse's Aid and a Certified Volunteer Nursing Home Chaplain on her day off.
She is a charter member of the Daughters of the American Revolution St. Petersburg Chapter; Life member of the Amvets Ladies Auxiliary #8; member of the American Legion Auxiliary #305; member of the Daughters of the Union Members of the Civil War; and Associate Matron of Bethlehem #169 Order of the Eastern Star. She has two sons, one of whom is currently serving in Afghanistan, and four grandchildren, the eldest of whom is in her first year of college.
