Delquanda Turner, Senior Planner

Delquanda S. Turner, Senior Planner of South County is responsible for strategic planning, community engagement, grant initiatives, collaboration and networking, capacity building, and technical assistance, espedially in the souther Pinellas County where she is the staff liaison to the South County Community Council.  Ms. Turner has expertise in various divisions of the major systems of care and brings knowledge to out-of-school-time program development, faith based relations, and contract compliance.  She holds a Masters degree in Business Administration with certifications in human resources, leadership, and youth development.  She has served nearly two years with JWB been with JWB since 2007 and spent five years prior to that supervising JWB-funded programs.
