Staff provides technical assistance to neighborhoods and other groups who
are seeking to provide a healthy and safe environment for children and families.
Across Pinellas County, 11 neighborhood family centers provide family support,
and child and youth development activities. Grassroots organizations also work
together in addressing specific issues relating to the County’s diverse populations.
As well, special interest groups facilitate collaborative efforts on a variety of
community issues relating to the needs of children and families. JWB promotes
these collaborative efforts, and staff is available to provide technical assistance
in the community.
