Karen Sandini, Performance Management Assistant/SAMIS Help Desk

Karen Sandini, SAMIS Help Desk and Assistant, graduated from Northeastern University with a major in Business Administration/MIS and came to JWB in 2005 with 20 years of child welfare experience. Karen previously worked in Boston and Providence ensuring compliance with Federal grant requirements and Title IV-E regulations for Federal funds claimed and received. Coordinated Federal Reviews and served as liaison between State Agencies and The Administration for Children and Families. Karen was the JWB Training Center Registrar for five years. She also assisted the Research Unit reviewing program data files and compiling information for outcome reporting, and worked on special projects. Karen is now assisting IT, Finance, Contracts, and Performance Management and providing assistance to new and existing SAMIS users.
