Cooperman-Bogue KidsFirst Awards
In partnership with TransAmerica, AllTrust Insurance, Bright House Networks and BB&T, the Cooperman-Bogue KidsFirst Awards recognizes outstanding human service workers in Pinellas County. Non-supervisory staff who go above and beyond in helping children and families can be nominated throughout the year. Quarterly winners receive gift certificates and $500.00. The four winners are honored at a luncheon in the Spring of the following year where one will be named the annual KidsFirst Awards winner, and presented with $2,000.00. Nominations for 2012 must be received by December 15, 2011. To read KidsFirst Awards rules and nominate someone click here. Previous Winners
Named for Leonard Cooperman and Judge Lincoln C. Bogue, the two men instrumental in the creation of JWB, the Cooperman-Bogue Awards recognized the same compassion and advocacy for children that they share with today's KidsFirst Awards recipients.
