Pam Needham is a Fiscal Analyst responsible for conducting fiscal site visits, reviewing agency annual audits, JWB bank reconcilliations and other fiscal duties as assigned. She has been with JWB since 1997 and holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
