Pauline Mallory, Administrative Specialist I

/system/medias/50/post/Mallory.JPGPauline Mallory is an Administrative Specialist I and has been with JWB since 1983.  She is responsible for the tracking and data entry of agency contracts, site visits, board minutes, audits, corrective action plans, methodologies, advances, data entry of contract manager’s technical assistance hours and child care statistics from Coordinated Child Care.  In addition, Pauline maintains program site data and works with contract managers to ensure accuracy.  She creates maps of all program sites; assists with data review, creating excel charts and formatting of Annual Performance report; maintains agency’s Executive Directors and program managers’ information; solicits bids and works with vendors for the printing of the  annual performance report; creates the  PowerPoint  presentation of the Annual Performance report; runs measurable objective analysis queries and creates analysis spreadsheets; assists with creating program review data cleaning spreadsheets by programs; maintains program descriptions in SAMIS; collects all manual reports, measurable objectives and contracted service levels and inputs them into SAMIS; and manages the Programs Department’s document storage in Laserfiche.

Pauline is married, with three grown sons and loves to spend her free time with her seven grandchildren.
