The term bully usually conjures up the image of a big person towering over a smaller person and yelling, hitting or taunting. Bullying can be that, and we will address those behaviors. But, bullying can also be the use of sarcasm, intimidation or ignoring someone by a look, a behavior or the threat of retaliation. Bullying happens in everyday life to almost all of us in one form or another. This course addresses the most effective and least harmful ways of getting bullying to STOP!

• Learn why the “inner bully” must be terminated before we are capable of addressing and stopping the
bully behaviors of others
• Recognize the bully victim’s nature and stop its interdependence
