Public Records Requests

The JWB Children's Services Council operates under the Florida Open Government and Public Records laws. As an idependent taxing authority, we are ultimately accountable to the people of Pinellas County. The Florida Constitution clearly provides that the public has the right to know how government works -- how funding and policy decisions are made, and how those decisions impact their lives.

As such, JWB is fully compliant with Florida Statutes, Chapter 119, regarding public records requests.

We publicize our meetings through public notices in the St. Petersburg Times, as well as on our Board Meetings page.
