2023 Baby Talk Workshop & Connection: Igniting Joy
Register for this year's Baby Talk event on Thursday February 23, 2023, from 6 to 8 PM at the Pinellas Technical College in St. Petersburg. The program will engage parents and caregivers of children 0-3 years old in meaningful ways to educate them on the importance of the first three years of life.

Baby Talk is hosted by the Concerned Organization for Quality Education for Black/Brown Students (COQEBS), a coalition of community organizations and individuals organized for the purpose of working to ensure the Pinellas County School District fulfills its commitment to provide quality education for Black and Brown students.
