The Juvenile Welfare Board conducts business, holds public meetings, and publishes legal notices in accordance with:

Upcoming public meetings or events, in which members of the JWB Board will be in attendance, are posted below, as well as other public meetings and legal notices concerning JWB business. Unless otherwise noted, all public meetings will be held at the Juvenile Welfare Board offices located at 14155 58th Street North, Clearwater, FL 33760.

COVID-19 NOTICE: The State of Florida Governor’s Executive Order 20-69, extended by Executive Order 20-246, that allowed for public meetings to be held virtually, has expired. All JWB Board and other public meetings will now be held in person. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, below are the safety protocols in place for anyone wishing to attend a public meeting in the JWB building and/or to give public comment. In addition, JWB will live stream the JWB Board Monthly and Finance Committee meetings to the JWB YouTube Channel:

Other Legal Notices

The Pinellas Core Mgmt. Services, Inc. annual meeting will be Apr. 14, 2022 at 9am, with the regular JWB Board meeting directly following. Other JWB Board meetings held on May 12, and Jun. 9, 2022 at 9am.

The Health and Human Services Leadership Board will hold a meeting on Apr. 20, 2022 at 1 PM with the purpose of addressing youth mental health and family homelessness.

The JWB Board will hold a Finance Committee meeting on Apr. 28, 2022 at 1:30pm with the purpose of reviewing the FY23 Budget Development Calendar and on May 12, 2022 at 9am, before the regular Board meeting to consider minutes.

The Juvenile Welfare Board of Pinellas County (JWB) released a competitive solicitation to address unmet needs of Pinellas County children and families, increase efficiencies, and promote inclusion by inviting the submission of Letters of Intent (LOIs) from Respondents who wish to provide new programming that is aligned with JWB’s FY21-25 Strategic Plan, and specifically, that is aligned with one of JWB’s FY21-25 Strategic Goals: School Success and School Readiness.
