Our annual luncheon is held to honor Cooperman-Bogue KidsFirst Award winners for making a difference for Pinellas children & families and H. Browning Spence Education Award winners for furthering their education despite the challenges of foster care.

JWB’s Cooperman-Bogue KidsFirst Awards Luncheon is not a fund-raiser, but instead an opportunity for community leaders to gather to honor our county’s unsung heroes of the social service field – those who work tirelessly to put children first and give them the best opportunities for successful futures. At the same event, educational scholarships are given to promising young adults despite challenges they faced being raised in foster care or experiencing homelessness.
